The project consists of install of temporary homeless shelter 77 Pallet shelters with 150 total beds, modular hygiene units, a modular administration building, pet area and dining area with site furnishing, demo and grading, new utilities, site fencing, and associated site work including AC paving area with solar reflective coating, site lighting, concrete curbs. This project is fast track project for the City of LA.
