The project consists of install of 55 temporary homeless Pallet shelters with 107 total beds, modular hygiene units, a modular laundry unit, pet area and dining area with site furnishing, demo and grading, new utilities, site fencing, and associated site work including AC paving area with solar reflective coating and concrete work.
