This project is an Emergency Housing Project with Supportive Services, consisting of a 51-bed interim housing facility offering a full range of on-site amenities designed to support resident wellbeing and dignity. The village includes standard and ADA-compliant sleeping units, dedicated administrator offices, restroom facilities, laundry units, and a community room for programming and gatherings. Site improvements include new AC paving, fresh painting, updated site utilities, and electrical work, while a dog run ensures the facility is welcoming to residents with pets — delivering a complete, thoughtfully equipped shelter community from the ground up.
