This project consists of renovation of existing 3-story hotel, 43 rooms to be utilized as Homeless Shelter intended for short term stay, inclusive of voluntary ADA mobility barrier removal in 6 rooms. Voluntary upgrade of 4 rooms for visually and hearing impaired, voluntary upgrade of 1 room for both mobility and visually and hearing impaired. Scope includes but not limited to:  upgrades to existing electrical, plumbing, mechanical, glazing, interior finishes to 43 rooms, lobby, and mechanical room and exterior improvements.
