This project involves the demolition of existing maintenance and warehouse facilities at the DCT Plant and construction of a new three-story maintenance building and a single-story auxiliary building and warehouse in the southwestern portion of the site – delivering modernized, purpose-built facilities that consolidate operations and support the long-term functional needs of the plant.
