This project takes place in an operational facility which must remain operational during construction. The project consists of six (6) Elements: Stormwater Management, Traffic Control, Work by other City Vendors, Landscape / Hardscape, Improvements and Repairs, and Striping. This project may be built in two phases. The first phase would complete all the underground piping, conduits, storage basing, etc.; while the second phase would consist of the above-ground work. A critical part of the scope of work is the completion of a specified portion of the project by October 1, 2016
