This project will serve as a temporary emergency homeless shelter, developed under Mayor’s Executive Directive No. 24, pursuant to LAMC Section 12.80 and Emergency Declaration Council File 20-0841. Located in the City of Los Angeles, the facility will house up to 64 individuals using Pallet modular shelter units arranged per a recommended basis-of-design layout. Units provide sleeping quarters, restroom facilities, and administrative office space, while an in-ground 8×40 prefabricated structure houses laundry amenities and additional office space. Site amenities include perimeter fencing with privacy screening, site lighting, mobile seating with umbrellas, and utility hose bibs with lock valves — delivering a complete, dignified emergency shelter facility.
