This project is located at the existing Sun Valley Metrolink station at 8358 San Fernando Road in Sun Valley, California. The northeastern portion of the site — approximately half — has been transformed into a structured tiny home village featuring Pallet shelter structures alongside repurposed sleeping, hygiene, and administrative units relocated from the Aetna site, maximizing existing resources while accelerating deployment. The village offers up to 208 beds and includes staff parking, shaded seating areas, a pet relief run, and dedicated administrative and hygiene facilities — all thoughtfully designed to provide dignified, community-centered bridge housing. The remainder of the site continues to serve as park-and-ride for Metrolink commuters, ensuring no disruption to existing transit operations.
