This project is located at the existing Van Nuys Metrolink station park-and-ride at 7724 Van Nuys Boulevard in Van Nuys, California. Approximately half of the site continues to serve Metrolink commuters, while the remaining portion has been developed into a structured tiny home village featuring Pallet shelter units for residential, administrative, and hygiene use. The village accommodates up to 100 beds and includes dedicated staff parking, shaded seating areas, and a combined administration-laundry unit — providing a fully equipped, dignified bridge housing community with no disruption to existing transit operations.
