Install temporary homeless shelter at two separate locations. Each site has Tension-membrane structure (Sprung Structures) for 100 beds, prefab state-approved 12’x90’ modular trailers for hygiene & 24’x40’ trailers for office use. Site improvements include outside eating area with shade structure, pet relief area, landscaping, site electrical, and new AC paving with solar reflective coating. These are a fast-track project and were completed early for the City of LA.
