This project consists of converting and remodeling of existing 100 room hotel to bridge home for homeless including ADA upgrades for 8 rooms for handicapped tenants. Include but not limited to new HVAC units, upgrade electrical panels for hotel and lighting, new paint, new flooring, fill and compact existing pool , new asphalt for parking area, new landscape and fencing.
